Graveside services for Dale Taylor, 88, a 20-year area
resident, will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2005,
at 1 p.m. at Shafter Cemetery with Pastor Milt Cole,
of River Lakes Community Church, officiating.
Visitation will be on Monday, February 21, 2005, from
4 - 8 p.m. at Mish Funeral Home. Dale was born in
Orr, Oklahoma, and moved to California in 1944. He is
a member of the Masonic Lodge and worked as an
Operating Engineer until retirement. He loved
fishing, gardening, and playing pool. He is survived
by his wife, Zelma; sons, Leonard and his wife, Judy,
Michael and his wife, Vivian; daughter, Martha
Countryman and her husband, Larry; 8 grandchildren;
and 14 great grandchildren. Dale was loved by all
who knew him and he will be greatly missed.
