Services for Fannie Caldwell Williams, 86, were Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Eastman Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Sowell, pastor, officiating.
 
Mrs. Williams was born March 19, 1907, and died November 22, 1993, at her home at Eastman. She was the daughter of Curt and Laura Caldwell.
 
A resident of Love County most of her life, she married Atlas Williams January 2, 1927, in Marietta. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and a charter member of the Eastman Baptist Church.
 
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert "Bub" and Nadella Williams of Eastman; two daughters and son-in-law, Rae Alma Mapp of Jimtown and Rowena and J.C. Montgomery of Eastman; seven grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
 
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband on August 25, 1970; a grandson, J.D. Montgomery on November 15, 1980; three brothers and two sisters.
 
Interment was at the Lakeview Cemetery with grandsons and grandsons-in-law serving as pallbearers. Services were directed by the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home.
