Marie Bennett
(March 30, 1937 - January 24, 2009)

Cecil Marie Bennett was born on March 30, 1937 in Crescent, OK to Verlin and Cecil (Dick) Prosser.

Marie went to school in Crescent and Guthrie. After graduation she moved to Denver, CO. and worked for Shell Oil in the Oil Lease Department. She married Don Bennett from Marshall, OK.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Don, brothers, Francis and Wayne Prosser. Survivors include, sister, Marian Smith of Hayward, CA. and brother, Bobby Prosser of Owasso, OK. and by numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 31, 2009 Graveside at the South Marshall Lions Cemetery in Marshall with Pastor Keith Gordon officiating. Services are under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home in Crescent.
