Services are pending with Community Funeral Home in Guthrie for Laura Ellen Ashworth, 86, of Guthrie. Ashworth died Tuesday, May 27 at her home in Guthrie.

Graveside services for Laura Ellen Ashworth, 84, of Guthrie will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2003 at Memory Garden Memorial Park in Guthrie. Interment will follow under the direciton of Community Funeral Home.
Ashworth was born June 22, 1918 in Crescent to Lawrence and Pearl (Burgess) Bailey. She died May 27, 2003 at her home in Guthrie.
She grew up in Crescent and moved to Guhrie in 1951. She lived at Benedictine Heights and studied to be a nurse. She worked in Benedictine Heights and several of the nursing homes for 15 to 20 years.
She married Delbert Rousch. He preceded her in death. She later married T. W. Ashworth, who also preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.
Survivors include one daughter, Ruth Ann Clark of Guthrie; six grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, one brother and three sisters.
Viewing will take place Thursday until 8 p.m.
