Floyd Harold LeGrande, age 83, of Meridian, Oklahoma passed away March 25, 2017. He was born on May 21, 1933 in Meridian, Oklahoma to James O. and Gertrude (Burris) LeGrande.

Floyd attended Arcadia High School and graduated in 1953. He married Elizabeth Ambrose on October 10, 1954. He was employed with the City of Edmond and retired in 1998 and then became a full-time farmer. Floyd attended the Baptist Church in Arcadia and the First Christian Church in Guthrie. He enjoyed farming and working around his home.

Floyd is survived by his wife Elizabeth LeGrande of the home in Meridian. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

Services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. Burial will follow at Evansville Cemetery in Meridian, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Tuesday from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
