Raul Rudy Castillo was 21 years old and residing in the Shawnee, OK area. He died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at the North Canadian River; where he was the unfortunate victim of a drowning.

Raul Rudy Castillo was born in Oklahoma City, OK at Saint Anthony’s Hospital September 27, 1988. His parents are Valerie Castillo and Kenneth Hicks who reside in Meridian, OK. Raul attended Luther High School and after leaving high school, he took up a career in the masonry field.

Raul Rudy Castillo leaves behind his two parents: Valerie Castillo and Kenneth Hicks; two sisters: Maria Compos and Jessica Olvera; two brothers: Kenneth Hicks Jr. and Kentral Hicks; and grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends. He will be truly missed by all.

Funeral services will be held at Smith Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 11 a.m. He will be laid to rest in the Evansville Cemetery in Meridian. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
