BONNIE JEAN THOMPSON

December 9, 1949 - September 9, 2017

Bonnie Jean Thompson was born in Booneville, MO. on December 9, 1949 and went to be with the Lord in Tulsa on September 9, 2017 at the age of 67 years. Bonnie was the daughter of Junius and Edna (Runyon) Land. Bonnie was a resident of Stroud except a short time. She was a member of the Maranatha Christian Church in Stroud and lead the womens Bible Class. Bonnie love to work in her church and read the Bible. She worked for Ocue witch was Jacks Convenience Store .

She married Wayne Dowdy in the early 1980. He preceded her in death in 1995. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Timothy, and one granddaughter, Jordan.

Survivors include, three sons, Anthinous Klima of San Antonio, TX., C. J. Hutchinson of Virginia, Jonathon Burns of Stonewall, three daughters, Tonya Thompson of Tulsa, Theresa Hutchinson of Kansas, Alicia Thompson of Beggs, three sisters, Beverly Ogle of Depew, Brenda McDaniel of Cushing, Beckie Ridge of Cabot Arkansas, five grandchildren, Anslica Betzold, Evaline Klima, Ryan Klima, Chris Hutchinson, Eli Hutchinson, two great grandchildren, Bryce Fowler and Kayson Atkeson, three nieces, Nicole Marquez, Madison Vandeuvort, and Shelly Millisan, other relative and many friends.

Funeral service will be held at the Maranatha Christian Church at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 with Pastor Randy Ethridge officiating. Burial will follow in Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud
