Cynthia Ann Rafferty Stone

Cynthia Ann Stone departed this life on Saturday, January 22, 2022 in Stroud, OK.

Cynthia was born on June 17, 1937 to Floyd and Murial (Hough) Raffety. She has always been close to Lincoln County area. Cynthia graduated Stroud High School in 1955. While working in Cushing after high school she met Robert Henry Stone in March 24, 1962 and they were married until his passing in 2011. She was a quiet and softspoken lady but knew how to work hard and provide and take care of her home. Cynthia loved to quilt in her spare time. Her family was her biggest joy, memories she made with them will live on in the hearts of her loved ones as the best mom and grandma.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her husband Robert Henry Stone; parents Floyd and Murial Raffety; brothers Earl, Billy and Harold Raffety; sisters Wauneta Bush, Wendall Hall, and Helen Raffety.

Those left to cherish her memory are her 2 children daughter Shirley Huff and husband Terry and son Robert W Stone and wife Connie; grandchildren Nicole Cline, Sean Huff and wife Kelsey, Tuesda Keel, Caleb Stone, Casey Stone and wife Jami, and Waylon Keel and wife Tami; great grandkids Thomas, Jacob, Makaila, Patience, Jeremiah, Jackson, Max, Liam, Gracie, Gibson and Parker; sister-in-law Ramona Raffety, along with nieces, nephews and many other extended family members.

A funeral service to honor the life of Cynthia will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Stroud Christian Church with Will Fine officiating. There will be a visitation Wednesday with family to receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home, Online condolences can be made at www.parksbrothers.net.
