Agnes Judy Gerlich Stewart

February 16, 1942 - January 14, 2018

Agnes Judy Stewart was born in Prague, Oklahoma on February 16, 1942 and went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the age of 75 years.

Agnes was the daughter of Charlie and Hazel (Dodson) Gerlich. She was a resident of Stroud since 1968. Agnes graduated from Prague High School in 1960. She was a member of the St Louis Catholic Church in Stroud and worked in Day Care Centers. She also worked for the Stroud Medical Center since 1990 as a Dietary Manager. Agnes loved to sew, cook and do yard work, but most of all she loved working with her flowers. Agnes married Roy Stewart in Prague on September 16, 1960. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Hazel Gerlich, one brother, Bill Gerlich and one sister, Deloris Gregory.

Survivors include, her husband Roy of the home, three sons, Robert Stewart and wife Gwen of Stroud, Tony Stewart and wife Kimberly of Stroud, Mark Stewart of Stroud, 8 grandkids Bobby Stewart and friend Amanda Farley, Adrian Stewart, Amber Stewart, Cody Stewart and wife Jill, Booke Stewart, Emily Stewart, Beth Stewart, Mandy Lawrence and husband Trevor. 10 great-grandchildren Cameron Stewart, LeiAnn Stewart, Rhyder Stewart, Misty Stewart, Daniel Stewart, Drew Stewart, Rhett Stewart, Rhowin Stewart, Allen Farley, and Aaron Farley.

Funeral services will be held at the Parks Brothers Chapel in Stroud on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM with Father James Mickus officiating. Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
