CARL WAYNE SMITH

Aug. 14, 1940 - May 9, 2005

Carl Wayne Smith , a resident of Stroud, OK., was born in Stroud Oklahoma on August 14, 1941, and departed this life in Stroud Oklahoma On Monday , May 9, 2005 at the age of 64 years. Carl was the son of Clinton and Genevieve "Peggy" Canada Smith.

He was the owner and operated Oilfield Maintenance and Supply Co. Carl was a member of the Higher Praise Outreach Church in Stroud.

He married Juanita Waggoner on December 16, 1977 in Chandler, Oklahoma and served in the United States Army with the 101 Airborne Division. Carl was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include wife Juanita Smith of the home; Mother Peggy Smith of Stroud, OK; one son Bryan Dervin of Stroudm OK ; five daughters Leah Davis of McLoud OK, Kammy Presley of Stillwater OK, Carla King of Vernon Texas, Cindi Stephens of McLoud OK, Deana Williams of Okla City, OK; one sister Carol Lu Smith of Stroud, OK ; 18 grandchildren , 14 Great Grandchildren, others relatives and friends.
