Mollie Sue Alley Pryor, age 80, of Stroud, passed away Saturday, May the 11th at Integris Hospital in Edmond, Oklahoma.

She was born on January 12, 1939, to Jess Scott Alley and Needa Pearl (Barnett) Alley. She attended Stroud schools and worked many years as a hairdresser before going to the Durant Vo-Tech, where she earned a certificate in nursing in 1996 working until her retirement in 2012. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking great food, gardening, sewing, crochet and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings: brothers Scott Alley and Max Alley and a sister, Mary Anderson.

Mollie is survived by three sons, Joe (Lisa) Lippert of Stroud, John (Rhonda) Lippert of Piedmont and Eric (Sonia) Pryor of Erie, Colorado; seven grandchildren: Kayla, Austin, Makenzie, Joseph, Connor, Natalie and Angus; and one great-grandson, Thad; and by sisters Martha Cushing of Stroud and Marilyn Brown of Sparks. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and dear friends who will sadly miss her.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 10 a.m. with Reverend Jeromye Jackson officiating at the Stroud Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
