Rickey Don Hilburn

Rickey Don Hilburn, of Stroud, OK passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022.

Rickey was born on July 27, 1960 in Prague, OK to Earl Ellis Hilburn and Mary Lou Middleton. Rickey and his family have always been around the Lincoln County area. He graduated from Davenport Schools in 1978. Rickey really enjoyed anything outdoors but especially fishing and golf. He was never afraid to take risks, there wasn’t much if anything that scared him. Rickey was a man who would do anything for anyone. Rickey was a great man, a greater father, and the greatest grandfather. He loved his family with everything he had.

Rickey was preceded in death by his parents Earl Ellis Hilburn, Susie Hilburn, Mary Bounds, and June Hilburn; his love Darlene Hixon; his sisters Janice Barnett and Susan Byrd; and nephew Jimmy Byrd.

Rickey is survived by his daughters Candice Hilburn and Katera Hilburn; granddaughter Mila Burgett; sister Barbara Ericson and husband Gene; sister Vicki Wilson and husband Butch; sister Annette Webb and husband Charlie; brother Herbie Hilburn and wife Margaret; sister Linnie Worthy and husband Joe; brother Wesley Bounds and wife Carrie; sister Shelly Bunyard and husband Randy; brother Bryan Burns and several nieces and nephews and many friends.

A funeral service will be Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 10:00am at Parks Brothers Funeral Service,
