EDDIE DEAN FERGUSON

June 1, 1950 - October 20, 2017

Eddie Dean Ferguson was born in Stroud, OK on June 1, 1950 and departed this life in Ponca City, OK on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the age of 67 years.

Eddie was the son of Elmer Kindred and Alma Mae (Nation) Ferguson. He was a resident of Stroud most of his life. Eddie worked as a machinist and in the oilfield. He enjoyed driving his truck around, fishing, riding motorcycles, playing Play Station and spending time with his family. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Stroud.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Charles Ferguson.

Survivors include, 1 son and daughter in law, Aaron and Karisa Ferguson of Ponca City, OK, 2 daughters and son in laws, Sabrina and Corey Conner of Lyndon, KS, Cara and Chris Ingram of Stroud, OK, 2 sisters Shirley Kerr of Vidor, TX, Aleta Kaye Ferguson of Lumberton, TX and 12 grandchildren, Tyler Ferguson, Christopher Ferguson, Abi Ferguson, Skylar Ballin, Stratton Bruce, Shadrick Bruce, Cayla Conner, Cloey Conner, Caydance Conner, Caden Ingram, Daaron Ingram, Heartlee Ingram, and Carolyn Kerr the mother of his 3 children, they have remained close friends for all these years, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at the First Christian Church in Stroud, on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Paul Ragle officiating. Burial will follow at the City of Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
