EDGEL 'SONNY' R. KEITH

9 Jan 1933 - 22 Nov 2017

Edgel 'Sonny' R. Keith Jr. age 84 of Meeker died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, in an Oklahoma City hospital.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2017 at the Living Waters Tabernacle west of Meeker. Burial will follow at Rossville Cemetery.

Edgel was born Jan. 9, 1933, in Konawa, Oklahoma, to Edgel R. and Coralee (Bebee) Keith Sr. He attended Bowlegs schools.

He was a Maintenance Supervisor for the Shawnee Water Plant. He married Ona Lee (Flesher) Keith in August 1955 and later married Betty (Dill) Keith in June of 1994 to present.

He was an Army Veteran, loved computers motorcycles and cars. Loved God, life and family.

He was preceded in death by: parents, 2 Sisters: Marylee and Phyllis, and a Brother: Paul.

Survived by wife: Betty Jo Keith of the home; four daughters and two son-in-laws: Pamela and Bill Rogers of Canadian, Oklahoma; Sunny and Gary Lewis of Shawnee, Terri Keith of Branson, Missouri., and Charly Keith of Reno, Nevada.; son and daughter-in-law: Glenn and Nancy Keith; brothers: Tom and Ray; sisters: Dorothy, Vicky, Marlene and Andrea. Step-children: John Wayne Campbell and Margie Campbell of Maud; Stephen George and Susan George of Wayne, Oklahoma; Tim Leister and Brenda Leister of Meeker' many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
