Taylor Michelle Telford, 36, was born September 11, 1981 in Midwest City to Mike and Pam (Ham) Telford. She passed away August 10, 2018 in her home with her father at her side.

Taylor loved her Lord and her church. She and her parents worked at Falls Creek and sponsored children attending as well. She was an accomplished bowler scoring a personal best of 220. She competed in bowling at the Special Olympics earning (49) 1st, (2) 2nd, and (2) 3rd place medals. She enjoyed horseback and spending time in the pool, music and all things Oklahoma State University.

Although Taylor faced daily challenges, nothing ever stood in the way of her living life to the fullest. She had a knack for meeting people and truly never met a stranger as she drew everyone in. She saw life through her heart and let God’s love shine in her beautiful spirit. She gave credit for all of her successes to Jesus.

Taylor was preceded in death by her infant twin brother, Tyler Michael Telford; mother, Pam Telford; grandparents, Merle Telford, Henry and Lula Ham. Survivors include her father, Mike Telford of the home; grandmother, Vera Telford of Chandler; aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and many, many friends.

Donations can be made in Taylor’s honor to The American Cancer Society or the Chandler Southern Baptist Church building fund. A visitation will be held Monday from 10:00 A.M. till 7:00 P.M. at Lehman Funeral Home. A funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Chandler with interment following in the Oak Park Cemetery of Chandler. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
