Heidi Rennert was born on December 2, 1954, in Mainz, Germany, and departed this life on Friday, June 21, 2019, in Seminole, at the age of 64.

Heidi, the daughter of Helmut August Rennert and Hermine (Pfeifer) Rennert, was a resident of Seminole. Heidi moved to the United States at the age of 32 with two small children, none of them spoke a word of English. Heidi wouldn’t let this stop her from providing the best life for her boys. Being a single mother to four boys she often worked three jobs to support her family until finding her calling as a teacher’s Aid for the Wetumka Public Schools system.

Heidi loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She had many interests, scuba diving, swimming, music, card games, cooking authentic German cuisine and several others. She was passionate about teaching children and dedicated to her students, as well as a loving home grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her father, Helmut Rennert and grandson, Braxten Hunter.

Survivors include: her mother, Hermine Rennert; son, Thomas and Brenna Weber of Oak Harbor, Washington; son, Andreas Weber and Brittany Campbell of Chandler, Oklahoma; son, Harry and Ashley Hunter of Seminole, Oklahoma; son, James and Kristi Hunter of Quitman, Texas. Nine grandchildren: Peyton, Laken, Noah, Audrina, Isabelle, Lily, Charlotte, Makenzie and Jaxon. Three brothers: Erwin, Helmut and Stefan. Three sisters: Erika, Jeanette and Angelika.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, 10:00 A.M. at First Assembly of God Church in Chandler, Oklahoma, with Renee Ross officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
