MARGARET CAROLINE BATES COWAN
1861 - 1930's


Margaret Caroline Bates was born August 28, 1861 in Piney Missouri, Oregon County, the daughter of Sarah J. Yandle and James McKnight Bates. She died in the 1930's in Arlington, Oklahoma, Lincoln County.
Sarah J. Yandle was born in 1843 and died in 1916.
James McKnight Bates was born in 1838 and died in 1914.
Margaret married Fielden Ira Cowan.
He is buried in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas.
