ESTHER ELIZABETH WOLFF
1919 - 2006


Esther Elizabeth Krebs Wolff, lifelong resident of the Cushing area, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2006 in the Cushing Regional Hospital at the age of 87 years.
The daughter of the late Emil Louis Krebs and Meca Saunders Krebs, Esther was born on August 6, 1919 in Avery, Oklahoma and was reared and educated in the Avery area.
She was united in marriage to Albert Wolff on January 7, 1941 in the Immanuel Lutheran Church and the couple had lived in the Avery and Cushing area since that time. To this union two daughters, Alberteen and Marlene were born. He preceded her in death following 44 years of marriage in May of 1985.
Esther was a member of the Cushing Christian Church.
She was a homemaker and loved to sew and quilt.
She is survived by two daughters, Alberteen Flint of Cushing; and Marlene Kramme and her husband Ernie of Rogers, Arkansas; one sister, Wilma Lewis of Cushing; one grandson, Doug Flint; one granddaughter, Susan Shock and her husband Steve; three great-grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany and Denver Shock; three step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren and four step-great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Wolff; a brother, Edward Krebs and son-in-law, Darrell Flint.
Services will be held Sunday, December 10, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cushing Christian Church, 302 S. Linwood, with Minister Curtis Mason officiating.
Burial will follow in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
