RAMONA JEAN WILLIAMS
1930 - 2011


Ramona Jean Deffenbaugh Williams a resident of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away on January 8, 2011 in Henryetta at the age of 80.
She was born July 12, 1930 in Agra, Oklahoma to Floyd and Birdie Lindsey Deffenbaugh.
She married Billie Leon Williams on August 8, 1958 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was a homemaker and a member of the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Genevieve Williams and Virginia Wright, brother Loyd Lee Deffenbaugh, grandson Kameron Holeman and two great grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Leon, of the home; two sons, Donnie Wright of Woodward, Oklahoma; and Lanny Williams of Checotah; and five daughters, Vickie Thompson of Henryetta; LaDonna Beavers of Tucson, Arizona; Gail Beavers of Tulare, California; Rhonda Thomas of Hobb, New Mexico; and Dana Holeman of Oklahoma City; fifteen grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren as well as other relatives and numerous friends.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bud Morris and Bro. Allen Moss officiating.
Interment will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Parkland Cemetery in Agra, Oklahoma under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home of Henryetta, Oklahoma.
