JOHN MACK TIETZ
1945 - 2013


John "Mack" Tietz, Chandler, Oklahoma resident was born on November 21, 1945, in Yale, OK, and departed this life on June 29, 2013, in Stroud, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years.
Mack was the son of George and Christine Smith Tietz.
He served in the United States Army.
Mack married Rusty Vencl on January 22, 1967, in Cushing, Oklahoma.
He worked for Farm Fresh Dairy for 20 years and was currently a sales representative for Kirtz Shutters.
Mack was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church in Chandler.
His father, one brother, George Edward Tietz Jr., and one sister, Judy Boultinghouse preceded Mack in death.
Survivors include his wife of forty six years, Rusty of the home, one son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Megan Tietz of Oklahoma City, one daughter and son-in-law, Mindy and Todd Young of Chandler, Oklahoma, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith and Dot Tietz of Ripley, Oklahoma, Chris and Denise Tietz of Stillwater, Oklahoma, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Beth and Gary Bilger of Newkirk, Oklahoma, Terri and Dwane Stevens of Ardmore, Oklahoma and Carol and Jim Hartgrave of Edmond, Oklahoma, nine grandchildren, Joshua, Grace, Hope, Jeremiah, Dacey, Jesse, Aliza Joy, John Kyle and Mack, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at the First Baptist Church in Chandler, with Rev. Rick Blackwell officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
