MARGELINE GAY TETERS
1928 - 2014


Margeline Gay Teters was born in Ratcliff, Alaska on March 4, 1928 and departed this life in Bristow, Oklahoma on Friday, February 21, 2014 at the age of 85 years.
Margeline was the daughter of John W. and Mary Helen Allen McGee.
She was a resident of Stroud most of her life.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Stroud and worked at Stroud Medical Center as a Dietician.
Margeline married Delbert Otho Teters in Chandler on February 20, 1953.
Delbert preceded her in death on August 18, 2012.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include two sons and daughter in laws, John and Karen Teters of Stroud; and Eugene and Carolyn Hunt of Athens, Texas; one daughter, Debra Mitchell of Burleson, Texas; six grandchildren, Angela, David, Chip, Amber, Melody and Markey; and seven great grandchildren, Luke, Ethan, Seth, Wesley, Trae, Kyleigh and Cason; as well as other relatives and many friends.
Funeral service will be held at the First Assembly of God at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2014 with Pastor Jeromye Jackson officiating.
Burial will be in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
