LARRY WILLIAM STRIDER
1941 - 2009


Graveside services were held for Larry William Strider of Wellston on Wednesday, December 30, 2009, at Wellston Cemetery with Bro. Charles Wilson officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Brown's Funeral Parlor in Wellston.
Larry was born to William and Goldie Witten Strider on August 24, 1941, in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and died Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at the age of 60 years.
He owned and operated an auto paint and body shop in Perkins, Oklahoma.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister, Carol Bowman.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Anna, of the home; his four children and their spouses, Jeanne and Michael Dahl of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Tammy and Brian Wells of Perkins; Michael and Tonya Strider of Perkins; and Dana Ferguson of Newcastle, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; a brother, Sammy Strider of Carney; his sisters, Marily Bavaso of Stillwater; Shirley Matherly and Kay Holland, both of Washington; and other family and friends.
