TRAVIS JOE SMITH
1973 - 2015


Travis Joe Smith was born on May 15, 1973, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Monday, June 15, 2015, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 42.
Travis, the son of Ronny Joe Smith and Janet Christine Smith, was a resident of Prague.
He graduated from Prague High School with the Class of 1991.
He married Rusti Griffith on February 29, 2005, in Shawnee.
He worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator.
He enjoyed spending time with his kids, fishing, going to Stroud Lake, little league baseball and softball and cookouts.
Travis’ paternal grandmother, maternal grandfather and niece, Angel Dawn Hessman preceded him in death.
Travis is survived by his wife, Rusti Smith of the home; son, Dalton Smith; daughter, Adrea Smith; parents, Ronny and Gale Smith of Shawnee, and Ronald Freeze and Janet Christine Smith of Paden; brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Stacey Smith of Prague; sister, Terra Hessman of Paden; grandparents, Mary Powell of Shawnee, Dan Smith of Prague, and Doris Eaton of Prague; nieces and nephews, Savannah Harless, Damion Hessman, Chase Smith, Skye Smith, Rhiley Smith, Paisley Smith, and Emma Smith; and other family and friends
