NELLIE LEE SMITH
1903 - 2012


Services for Mrs. Nellie Lee Harris Smith, 74, of Meeker, are set for 2:00 p.m. Monday at Morning Star Baptist Church, Meeker.
Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery, Meeker.
Mrs. Smith died Friday in a Shawnee nursing home.
She was born August 13, 1903, in Meeker.
On January 10, 1926 she was married to Novle {Noble} W. Smith.
Mrs. Smith had lived in the Meeker area most of her life and was a retired Meeker telephone manager.
She was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church.
One daughter and her husband had preceded Mrs. Smith in death.
Survivors include two sons, Paul Smith and Ronald Smith, both of Meeker; one daughter, Mrs. Maranell Adams of Midwest City; two brothers, John J. Harris of Meeker; Mode C. Harris of Phoenix, Arizona; fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Curry Funeral Home, Chandler, is in charge of the arrangements.
