FLORENCE LORENE REMINGTON
1928 - 2012


Florence Lorene Manning Remington was born June 1, 1928, in Stroud and died Monday, May 21, 2012, in Stroud at the age of eighty three years.
She was the daughter of Roy Lee and Florence Ethel Reddick Manning and married Robert L. "Bob" Remington on March 30, 1946, in Stroud.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church in Stroud.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, one brother and two sisters.
Survivors include two sons and daughter in laws, John and Mary Remington of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Joe and Deborah Remington of Prague, one daughter, Laleta Baker of Drumright, Oklahoma, six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. today, May 24, 2012, at First United Methodist Church in Stroud with the Rev. Matt Scraper officiating.
Burial will follow at Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
