TEDDY WAYNE RAY
1966 - 2015


Teddy Wayne Ray was born on March 19, 1966, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 49.
Teddy, the son of Jerry Wayne Ray and Shirley Anne Cutsinger Walker, was a resident of Oklahoma City.
Teddy enjoyed listening to music, model cars and his pets.
His grandparents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Shirley Anne and Michiel Anthony Walker; father, Jerry Wayne Ray; brothers and sisters-in-law, Shannon Ray and Debbie Buchanan and David Allen and Becky Ray; sister and brother-in-law, Cindy Lynn and Mark Cheatwood; nephews and nieces, Julie Buchanan, Zarek Buchanan, Heather Ray, Jessie Ray, Trevor Cheatwood and Jeffrie Cheatwood; other family and friends.
The Walker family will receive friends on Sunday, April 12, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Crossroads Church in Oklahoma City with Pastor Ted Miller officiating.
Interment will follow at Prague Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
