LARRY GLEN PRIBBLE
1943 - 2012

Larry Pribble, 69, of Chandler, passed away Thursday, July 26 in Oklahoma City.
He was born January 25, 1943 in Tonkawa, Oklahoma to Glen and Rose Marie Pribble.
He graduated from Ponca City High School in 1961.
If you had to choose a word to describe Larry, it would have to be "outdoors". Whether it was with a fishing rod in his hand, a shotgun against his shoulder, or a lawnmower in his grip, he loved being outside. He also enjoyed, as he would put it, "making sawdust" in the shop. Larry spent twenty eight years working outdoors as an Oklahoma State Game Warden until his retirement.
He also spent twelve years as a public servant as a city councilman in Chandler.
If you were around Larry for any amount of time, his love of the Lord was evident and he was quick to tell you about it. He always set a great example for his family whom he loved dearly. After all, they are what he was most proud of.
Larry is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda; his daughter, Leesa Riggs and husband Samuel; and his son, Mike Pribble and wife Sena.
He also leaves behind seven grandchildren, Aimee Guinn and husband Kyle; Derek Herrmann; Stephanie Harris and husband Brad; Beth Pribble; and Jacob Pribble; and two great-grandsons, Memphis and Mason Hayden.
Graveside services celebrating Larry's life were held at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 28 at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
