KATHI ANN PHILLIPS
1956 - 2016




Kathi Ann Phillips, age 59, of Choctaw, was born June 28, 1956, in Oklahoma City. She was the daughter of Leon and Mary Jones Phillips. She left this life on Saturday, January 30, 2016, in Choctaw.
She was a 1974 graduate of Meeker High School and later attended Oklahoma State University.
She retired from Eaton Hydraulic in the spring of 2014 to spend more time with family.
She enjoyed bird watching, cross-stitch, arts and crafts, shopping with her daughter and playing with her two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Ronnie and Kenny Phillips and two sisters, Donna Bickel and Serena Standlee. She was also preceded in death by her beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Harper, in December of 2015.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jasmine and Ryan Horton of Choctaw, two grandchildren Jocelyn and Ryker Horton and many other relatives and friends. She was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at St. Michael Catholic Church, Meeker, Oklahoma.
Interment will follow at Rossville Cemetery, Meeker, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, Oklahoma.
