VINCENT BLANE PATTERSON
1961 - 2016


Vincent Blane Patterson passed away early Monday morning, February 15, 2016 in Tulsa at the age of 54 years.
The son of Delbert and Doris Patterson and the late Mabel J. Williams Prewitt, Vincent was born on July 19, 1961 in Cushing, Oklahoma and was raised and educated here, graduating from Cushing High School with the class of 1979.
Vincent had worked with both pipeline construction and highline construction prior to his retirement.
He enjoyed the outdoors, either hunting or fishing.
Surviving include his father, and step-mother, Delbert and Doris Patterson of Cushing; two children, Vincent Levi Patterson and Jesse Shay Patterson; his siblings, Robin Schey and husband Doug of Findlay, Ohio, Mike Hixon of Lake Dallas, Texas, Randy Plunkett and his wife Paula of Davenport, Oklahoma and Sabrina Willingham and her husband Brian of Edmond, Oklahoma; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to his mother, Vincent was preceded in death by one brother, Jason Brent Cox.
Memorial services will be held Friday, February 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Church of God with Pastor Kevin Clouse officiating.
Burial will follow in the Kendrick Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon’s International or to the charity of your choice, in his memory.
