FRANCES JEAN OLIVER
1921 - 2016


Frances Jean Estes Oliver was born in Stroud, Oklahoma on October 15, 1921 and went to be with the Lord in Stroud, Oklahoma on Monday, August 8, 2016 at the age of 94 years.
Frances is the daughter of P.H. and Martha M. Waltman Estes.
She has live in Stroud all of her life. She is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Stroud and was a homemaker.
Frances married H. M. Oliver Jr. in Stroud, Oklahoma on December 21, 1940. He preceded her in death June 14, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include one son, Mike Oliver of Stroud, one daughter, Marilyn Smith and husband Jess of Stroud, two sisters, Marjorie Plamann of Kansas City, Kansas and Ann Arnold and husband Paul, one brother in law, Luke Kelley of Tahlequah, five grandchildren, Kristie and Mike Hammock, Mike and Joy Smith, Samantha and Brian Perkins, Michael Colt Oliver and Melissa Sandoval, four great grandchildren, Kirsten Smith, Justin Hammock, Evelyn Perkins and Carter Perkins and other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Stroud at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2016 with Rev. Gérard Nsabimana officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
