IRENE OGDEN
1911 - 1998


Prague resident Irene Moten Ogden, 86, died Sunday in Prague.
Irene was born November 6, 1911, in Harrison, Arkansas to Horace R. and Myrtle Blackwood Moten.
She married Roger Lee Ogden on July 12, 1935.
She received her master's degree in elementary education at Northeastern University, Tahlequah, and retired from the Eufala School System after teaching for 35 years.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Prague.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, James L. and Helen Ogden, Prague; Roger M. and Becky Ogden, Gresham, Oregon; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Lee Ogden, on May 19, 1986.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the First Christian Church, Prague, with Pastor Curtis Reynolds officiating.
Burial will follow at the Prague Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Prague.
