LEORA HAZEL MUCK
1917 - 2016


Leora Hazel Libhart Muck was born December 27, 1917 in Formosa, Kansas to Ray Clark Libhart and Nina May McMullen.
She passed away May 5, 2016 in Wellston at the age of 98.
Leora loved the Lord and won many people over the Him through her actions. She sang beautifully at church, weddings, funerals and every opportunity she found. She served as choir director at several churches and schools.
Leora enjoyed yard work and had a fantastic garden.
Her and her husband served as missionaries in the Congo and brought back many slides of which she often used to give presentations.
She was always willing to help anyone and everyone who was in need.
Leora was preceded in death by her parents and husband of nearly 50 years, Floyd Muck.
Survivors include her children, Ruth and her husband DeWayne Kragel of Afton, Don Muck and his wife Peggy of Wellston, Betty and her husband Ben Godfrey of Stillwater, Dave Muck and his wife Sherri of Luther; thirteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
A funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Wellston Christian Church with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
