BEULAH MARTIN
1928 - 2008


Beulah Burgan Martin was born on June 12, 1928 in Maysville, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Thursday, December 11, 2008 in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 80.
Beulah, the daughter of Luther and Rosa Faye Stapp Burgan, was a long-time resident of Prague.
She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
Her parents; two sisters, Naomi Hutchinson and Eula Mitchell; four brothers, Gene, George, Marvin, and Donald Ray Burgan; and one son, Frank Martin, preceded Beulah in death.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Gordon and Becky Martin of Prague; Bobby and Regina Martin of Prague; Robert and Ronda Martin of Paden; David and Joy Martin of Prague; Tony and Melissa Martin of Prague; daughters and sons-in-law, Laverne and Joe Podest of Prague; Linda Arthur of Prague; Irlene Reynolds of Prague; Doris and Gary Cordell of Prague; sisters, Neal Yochum of Stroud; Hoda Mae Grimes of Elizabeth Town, Kentucky; sisters-in-law, Shirley Burgan of Kellyville; Juanita Martin of Port Arthur, Texas; Darlene Bellotti and her husband Carl of Beaumont, Texas; brother-in-law, Frank Martin of Prague; thirty grandchildren; twenty five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73123-1718.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Bro. Paul Heard officiating.
Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery.
