TONY MALICOATE
1965 - 2014


Tony Malicoate was born in Prague, Oklahoma on August 10, 1965 and departed this life in Miami, Oklahoma on September 2, 2014 at the age of 49 years.
Tony was the son of Ronnie Dean Hodge and Diana Shaffner, and later was adopted by Darrell Gene Malicoate.
Tony graduated from Stroud High School in 1983, Salutatorian of his Class, President of FFA, active in football and track.
He worked for Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company as an agent, and then he was employed by Bob Howard Auto Mall and Bob Moore Auto Group in Edmond, Oklahoma as a manager.
He was preceded in death by his fathers, Ronnie Dean Hodge and Darrell Gene Malicoate, his grandparents, Clarence and Veda Hodge, Loyde and Shirley Malicoate and Clyde and Flossie Shaffner.
Survivors include one daughter and son in law, Felecia and Aaron Smith of Prosper, Texas, mother and& step father, Diana and Jesse James of Stroud, three brothers and sister in laws, Darrell Malicoate and Tammy of Stroud, Russell Malicoate of Chandler, Brandon and Natalie of Choctaw, two sisters and brother in laws, Tammy and Randy Devine of Harrah and Pamela Malicoate Spess of Tulsa, one grandson, Sawyer Smith of Prosper, Texas, loving companion, Nancy Crittenden of Miami, many neices and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorial will be held at the First Baptist Church in Davenport, Oklahoma on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
