PAULINE LONON
1920 - 2010


Pauline Myrick Bean Lonon, age 89, a longtime Cushing resident, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2010, at Linwood Nursing Home, Cushing.
Pauline was born on July 10, 1920 in Agra, Oklahoma to the late Ira and Irene Harmon Myrick.
She grew up and attended Agra Schools, graduating in 1938 from Agra High School.
Pauline married Gerald Bean in 1939, to the union two children were born.
She worked as the acting postmaster in Agra for a couple of years. Pauline was a homemaker most of her life.
On March 29, 1963, she married Jack Lonon in Wichita, Kansas. They moved to Cushing in 1991. They were members of the First United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed going to the Senior Citizens, playing Yahtzee and knitting dolls and their clothing.
She is survived by her son, Donnie Bean and wife, Thelma of Agra, daughter-in-law, Myrna Bean of Chandler, grandchildren, Jerry Don Bean and wife, Sherrie, Janie Calkins and husband, Craig, Rhonda Bean, Julie Key and husband, Scott, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lonon and son, Bruce Bean.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 15, 2010 at Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel, Cushing, Oklahoma.
Pastor Curtis Mason will officiate. Interment will follow at Flynn Cemetery, Cushing Oklahoma.
