DAN LOUIS LINK
1931 - 2012


Dan Louis Link was born December 21, 1931 in Mansfield, Louisiana to Louis Willard Link and Iola Wilson.
He passed away Friday June 29, 2012 in McLoud, Oklahoma at the age of 80.
Dan proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1950-1954 fighting in the Korean War.
He retired from Firestone after having worked for twenty seven years.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Vanita Alice Link of Wellston; sons, Dan Louis Link II and wife Stephanie Dawn of Yukon; Falvey Eugene Smith of Lexington; daughter, Sadie Commeal and husband Timothy Alfonso Medina of Harrah and nine grandchildren.
A funeral service honoring Dan's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2012 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
