THOMAS HAROLD JORDAN
1925 - 2001


Lifelong Stroud area resident Harold Jordan died Saturday in Stroud. He was 75.
Jordan was born September 7, 1925, in Stroud, the son of Harry H. and Mattie E. Eggers Jordan. In 1974, he married Clara Mashburn in Stroud.
He worked in trucking and construction.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and four sisters.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Clara, of the home, eleven sons and daughters -in-law, Dean and Laquita Jordan of Crescent, Kenneth and Patty Jordan of Kentucky, Ronnie and Peggy Jordan of Shawnee, Ricky and Barbara Jordan of Oklahoma City, Tony Jordan of Elk City, Tommy and Pam Jordan of Harrah, John and Lelia Byrd of Stroud, Paul and Lorrine Byrd of Stroud, Doug Byrd and Jimmy Byrd and Teddy Byrd, all of Stroud, three daughters and sons-in-law, Mattie and Mike Harris of Oklahoma City, Debbie and Steve Hamilton of Stroud and Janet and Bobby Stinson of Stroud, one brother, Freddie Jordan of Stroud and one sister, Dottie Grammer of Stroud.
Graveside services were Monday at the Stroud Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating.
Interment at the Stroud Cemetery was under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home.
