WESLEY HAROLD HARRISON

Wesley Harold Harrison Sr. was born on January 6, 1940, in Poteau, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 77.

Wesley, the son of Mark Opel and Daisey Juanita (Gourley) Harrison, was a resident of Prague. He married Thelma Marcine Craig on October 15, 1969. Wesley loved watching westerns and The Sci Fi Channel, he enjoyed books, whether it meant reading a book or, being a truck driver, driving down the road listening to an audio book.

Wesley’s parents, one brother, Mark Harrison and two sisters, Sally Caldwell and Sylvia “Jodie” Baker preceded him in death.

Wesley is survived by his wife of 47 years: Thelma Marcine Harrison of the home; Sons: Kevin D Harrison of CA, Wesley Harold Harrison Jr. of OK, and James Dean Harrison of OK; Daughter: Stacy Lynn Jones of Hodgen, OK; Twelve grandchildren; Six great grandchildren; sister, Sheila Loflin of Porterville, California, and many other family and friends.

Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
