WILLIAM CARL FOWLER
1989 - 2014


William Carl Fowler was born August 26, 1989 in Oklahoma City, OK to William Leroy Fowler, Jr. and Linda Kay James.
He passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 in Chandler, Oklahoma at the age of 24.
William was full of energy as a young boy. While shopping he would disappear and always end up in the shoe department.
During family get-togethers he enjoyed playing with the younger family members until they irritated him at which time he would then hang them up-side-down.
He loved to run around with his friends and go mudding.
William was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jesse F. James, Jr.
Survivors include his mother and step father, Linda and Floyd Alexander of the home; father and step-mother, William and Leslie Fowler of Panama, Oklahoma; fiancé, Margy Marr of Piedmont, Oklahoma; brother, Shawn and Kayla Waldrop of Chandler; sister, Heather Pounds of Panama, Oklahoma; grandfather, Leroy Fowler of Poteau, Oklahoma; grandmother, Alice James of Chandler; and a huge host of cousins and friends.
A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at the Missionary Baptist Church in Wellston with interment following at the Star Valley Cemetery in Chandler, Oklahoma.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
