JULIUS H. FOWBLE
1922 - 2012


Julius H. “Frosty” Fowble, 89, died on Monday, January 30, 2012 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
He was born in Tryon, Oklahoma on October 1, 1922 to Bertram O. and Maude A. Raulston Fowble.
He married M. Eloise Crume in Minden, Nevada on April 22, 1947.
Julius was an A/C Pneumatic Break Specialist. He could fix anything mechanical and could help build anything.
He served in World War II and was a Federal Government employee until his retirement in 1973.
He was a member of the Perkins First Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents and eight brothers, Oscar, Roy, Bill, Carl, Perry, Clarence, Wallace and Jim.
He is survived by his wife, M. Eloise Fowble, two sons, Gerald L. Fowble and wife, Connie and James R. Fowble and wife, Janet; three daughters, Judy A. Gibbons, Jacalyn Tucker and husband, Phillip and Janda D. Ritter; twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one brother, Davis June Fowble, and wife, Dorothy.
His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Perkins First Baptist Church with Reverend Larry Wilson officiating.
Interment will be at Carney Cemetery.
Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
