MICHAEL JASON EVANS
1972 - 2011


Michael Jason Evans, 39, was born September 5, 1972 in Oklahoma City to David Alan and the late Linda Kay Messer Evans and passed away September 5, 2011 in his home in Edmond.
He grew up in Chandler, Piedmont and Wellston where he graduated from High School in 1992 and later moved to Edmond.
Jason was preceded in death by his mother and his grandparents.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father, David Evans of Edmond; sister, Angie Ratliff of Chandler; one nephew, Jace Foulk of Mustang; and many cousins, aunts uncles and friends.
Family, friends and others whose lives Jason touched are invited to Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2011, to grieve, support each other, and to celebrate Jason’s life.
Interment will follow at Parkland Cemetery in Parkland, Oklahoma.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
