PAULETTA ELLIS
1953 - 2010


Pauletta Price Ellis was born on August 5, 1953 in Stroud, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Sunday, July 25, 2010, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 56 years.
She was the daughter of Woodrow Clarence and Opal Clarice Evans Price.
She married Richard D. Ellis on July 3, 1987 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Pauletta worked as a medical assistant and attended the Assembly of God Church in Chandler.
She served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
Her parents and her husband preceded Pauletta in death.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Katrina and Michael Herndon of Chandler, Oklahoma; two sons, Patrick David Heinze of Chandler, Oklahom and Alex W. Heinze of Chandler, Oklahoma; one brother, David Lee Price of Edmond, Oklahoma; one sister, Patricia Price of Edmond, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Katrina C. Herdon Memorial Fund for Pauletta Ellis, First Bank of Chandler, 902 Manvel Ave. Chandler, Oklahoma 74834.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, 10:00 a.m., at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler, Oklahoma with Rev. Hugh Willoby officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
