BILLY CLAY EIDSON
1931 - 2009


Billy Clay Eidson, formerly of Wellston, was born in Tucson, Arizona March 11, 1931 to Earnest Clifford Eidson and Hazel Ethel Green.
He passed away peacefully Monday morning in Owasso, Oklahoma.
Billy proudly served his country during the Korean War in the United States Marine Corps.
Later he was a long time member of the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local Union.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Hazel; wife, Hope T. Eidson; daughter, Marcia Lynn; and brother, Wayne Eidson.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Wayne Eidson; two step-daughters, Janet Umphrey and Betty Jo Brazeal; three sisters; two brothers; six grandchildren; and one great grand-daughter, all of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
A graveside funeral service was held at the Wellston Cemetery 2:00 p.m. Wednesday with Marine Corps honors under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
