KIM ROYCE DEFFNER
1952 - 2001


Funeral services for Kim Royce Deffner, brother of Seminole resident Anita Hogan, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Victory Christian Center in Agra.
Interment will follow in Parkland Cemetery in Agra.
Deffner died Friday, November 9, 2001 at the age of 49.
He was born to Johnie and Hazel Deffner on January 15, 1952 in Ada.
Deffner graduated from Blackwell High School in 1970 and from Oklahoma City University in 1975 with a bachelor’s degree in education and music.
He was a member of Victory Christian Center where he proudly served as a sound technician and as a parking attendant.
Deffner belonged to the Mason Lodge #407 of Mustang, and was currently employed by America OnLine.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Deffner is survived by his wife, LaDona McQuerry Deffner, of the home; two sons, Michael Thomas Deffner and Daniel Thomas Johnny Deffner; two sisters, Darlene Krivy of Caldwell, Kansas, and Anita Hogan of Seminole; one brother, Sandy Pope of California and one grandchild.
