CHARLES WAYNE DECKER
1933 - 2011


Charles Wayne Decker was born November 13, 1933, in Sparks and died Saturday, December 10, 2011, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He was 78 years of age.
He was the son of Charles and Bonnie Mae Cunningham Decker.
He married Pat Mendoza on November 30, 1972.
Charles worked at Tinker Air Force Base, Midwest City, as a mechanic.
He was a member of the Meeker Assembly of God Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Lesley Wayne Decker; his sister, Iola Gatlin and a brother, Cecil Decker.
Survivors include his wife, Pat of the home; his daughters and sons-in-law, Maria and John Woodberry of Mary Esther, Florida; and Debbie and Don Reedy of Chandler; his sons and daughters-in-law, Jorge and Justine Rodriguez, Bacilio and Amber Rodriguez, Michael and Shelley Decker; and Miguel Rodriguez; thirteen grandchildren and their spouses; thirteen great grandchildren; his sister and brother-in-law, Dorena and Francis Swearingen of Midwest City, Oklahoma; his brother, Melvin Decker of Edmond, Oklahoma; and other family and friends.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at First Assembly of God Church in Meeker with the Rev. Charles Pearcy officiating.
Burial followed at New Hope Cemetery in Meeker under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
