OLIVER DAY OBITUARY

DEATH OF OLIVER DAY
Oliver Day, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Day residing a mile and a half east of Chandler on the Ozark Trail, died in a Tulsa hospital last Tuesday and his remains were shipped to Chandler for burial the following day.
Deceased was born November 29, 1891 and grew to manhood near Chandler and was loved and respected by all who knew him. He moved with his family to Creek County some years ago and fell a victim to the dread disease tuberculosis. He leaves a wife and six children, father, mother, brother and sisters and a host of friends to mourn his untimely death, these relatives and loved ones have the sincere sympathy of the entire community.
Funeral services were held at Stone schoolhouse at 3:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Roberts of Sparks. Interment was made in New Zion cemetery.
