REBECCA LOU ELLEN DAVIS
1945 - 2016


Rebecca Lou Ellen Richardson Davis was born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma on January 17, 1945 and departed this life in Midwest City, Oklahoma on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the age of 71 years.
Rebecca was the daughter of H. B. and Nettie Petree Richardson.
She was a resident of Shawnee moving form Stroud in 2010.
Rebecca was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Stroud and was a homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother.
She married Sherman Davis in Wagoner, Oklahoma on April 10, 1959. He preceded her in death March 2, 2010, She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include four sons and daughters in law, Gary and Karen Davis of Shawnee, John and Tammy of Stroud, Danny and Wendy Davis of Drumright, and and Kenneth and fiancé Renee of Shawnee, one daughter, Sandra Potter of Oklahoma City, one brother, Bobby Dale Richardson of Muldrow, two sisters, Lavada Fowler of White Water, Kansas and Edna Fay Winkler of Sallisaw, seventeen grandchildren and thirty one great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at the First Assembly of God in Stroud on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Jeromye Jackson officiating.
Burial will follow at the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
