FERMAN F. DAVIS
1933 - 2007


Ferman F. Davis 73, of Agra, Oklahoma passed from this life Sunday, January 21, 2007 at his home in Agra.
Ferman was born June 16, 1933 in Agra, Oklahoma to Wayne and Mary Davis.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
On April 19, 1952 he was united in marriage to Patsy Parker at Cushing, Oklahoma.
Ferman was a self employed dairy farmer.
He had been very active in The Church of the Firstborn. The church was his life.
He loved to fish with his children and grandchildren.
He spent many hours working in his garden.
He loved his little dog Sophie.
Ferman is survived by his wife Patsy of the home; two sons, Jeff Davis and his wife Darlene; and David Davis and his wife Tammy, both of Agra; two daughters, Faith Greenfield and her husband Tammy of Shawnee; and Dawn Poteet and her husband James, Jr. of Tryon; one brother, Hubert Davis of Memphis, Tennessee; one sister, Bonnie Frazier of Stillwater; Grandchildren, Justin Greenfield of Norman; and Brandon Davis of Agra; Jameson Poteet, Anihtra Watkins, Tim, Casey, Joey, Ashley and Jasmine.
Those wishing to make memorial donations may make those to the American Cancer Society.
Services will be held Wednesday 2:00 p.m. January 24, 2007 at The Church of the Firstborn in Chandler.
Brother Tom Wright and Brother Theldon Fowler will officiate.
Burial will be at the Parkland Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to the Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing.
