RUTH KALKA CLARKSON
1904 - 1987


Services for Mrs. Ruth Kalka Clarkson, 82, Chandler, were Wednesday, February 25, at Curry-Parks Funeral Home Chapel, Chandler.
Rev. Rick Blackwell officiated.
Mrs. Clarkson was born July 1, 1904, at Chandler. She died Sunday, February 22, at an Oklahoma City nursing home.
She married Joe H. Clarkson on September 7, 1924 at Chandler. He died April 29, 1983.
Mrs. Clarkson was a member of Chandler First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Carroll Clarkson of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Bernice Cansler and Charlotte Kerr, both of Oklahoma City; and Letty Jo Jenkins of Greenville, Texas; a brother, Joe Kalka of Lincoln County; three sisters, Minnie Leake, Viola Ingram and Opal Temple, all of Chandler; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Burial was at New Zion Cemetery east of Chandler.
