LOREN DALE CHILDRESS
1936 - 2009


Loren Dale "TV Dale" Childress of Chandler was born December 8, 1936, in Choctaw, Oklahoma and died Friday, August 28, 2009. He was 72 years of age.
Dale served in the United States Navy.
He worked as a television and electronics repairman.
Preceding him in death were his parents and his brother, Jesse Childress.
Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Davis and Sharon Childress of Prague, Oklahoma; his brothers, John Childress and his wife, Sue, of Payson, Oklahoma; and Ed Childress of California; his sisters, Lucille Houston of Idaho; Rose Ayiston and Dorothy Magnuson of California; and other family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 19, 2009, with Pastor Leon Williams officiating at Sunnyside Cemetery.
Cremation was handled by Affordable Cremation Service, Elk City, Oklahoma.
